Jasmine Steinacker grew up in Ridgewood, New Jersey. After pursuing art for many years, Steinacker went to the Virginia Commonwealth University for Photography. Upon exploration, she came across the art of glass blowing. After University, Jasmine completed the Chrysler Glass Museum Assistantship Program, has spent multiple summers employed at Pilchuck Glass School, and has worked in many Hot Shops along the East Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Glass Fabrication and Photography + Film from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jasmine currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina as a full time assistant, teacher, and working artist.
